Use of the site

• Do not upload or generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• No spamming, automated scraping, or circumventing rate limits.
• Do not submit sensitive or regulated data (e.g., PHI, card data) unless we explicitly support it in the future.
• You are responsible for outputs; AI-generated results may be incorrect—verify before acting.

Accounts and access

Accounts are not required today. If we add accounts or paid features, you must keep credentials secure and not share access. We may suspend usage for abuse or security risk.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and tool code remain Aimling’s property. You keep rights to your inputs and, unless stated otherwise, to outputs you generate, subject to third-party model terms if applicable.

Data handling

We log tool runs and store uploads only as needed to operate the service, with retention limits (e.g., pruning after 90 days). See the Privacy Policy for details.

Availability and changes

We may modify or discontinue features without notice. Scheduled maintenance or incidents may cause downtime.

Disclaimers and liability

• Service is provided “as is” without warranties; use at your own risk.
• We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on outputs or site availability.

Future updates

As we launch new tools, accounts, or payments, these terms will be updated and may require renewed consent.
