What we collect

• Contact form submissions (name, email, message) to respond to you.
• Anonymous visitor identifiers and basic analytics (pages visited, device info) to improve the site.
• Tool usage metadata (tool slug, timestamps, status, optional input meta) for reliability and abuse prevention.
• Uploads to tools (when provided) to process your request; for select tools (for example, the Wall Art Mockup Studio) we retain uploads in a private audit bucket for security and abuse review for a limited period (typically 30 days).
• Some tools run entirely in your browser; when a tool does not require server-side processing, uploads may stay on your device unless we explicitly state otherwise.

How we use data

• To operate the site and tools, respond to inquiries, and improve reliability.
• To detect abuse and enforce rate limits; we may log blocked attempts for security.
• To send operational emails related to your request (no marketing blasts without explicit opt-in).

Retention

• Contact messages: retained while we handle your inquiry.
• Tool runs and assets: retained only as long as needed for reliability, abuse review, and auditing (typically up to 30 days), then pruned.
• Audit uploads (such as SVGs and wall photos for the mockup tool): stored in a private bucket and deleted on a rolling 30-day schedule.
• Browser-only tool uploads: not retained by us unless stated otherwise for that tool.
• Analytics: retained only as aggregated or short-lived logs.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with trusted processors (e.g., hosting, storage, analytics) under confidentiality and data-processing terms.

Security

We use industry-standard controls (encryption in transit, least-privilege access, RLS in the database). Audit uploads are stored in a private bucket accessible only to service accounts and administrators. No system is perfect; please avoid sharing secrets or regulated data through the tools.

Your choices

• Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your submissions where applicable.
• You can avoid optional uploads and use text inputs when possible.

Future features

If we add accounts, payments, or additional integrations, we will update this policy and provide new consent flows where required.
